Driving along the Chobe River in Botswana, we came across a mama and baby elephant out for their afternoon drink. You can see the mother staring us down in an attempt to say “Don’t mess with my baby!”.

One day for sure! Africa is definitely on the list. Just a little intimidated by the stories of lawlessness.. or is that all Hollywood malarkey?! Lovely photo Caroline.

Prior to our trip I also had my worries based off what I had heard – ignore them!
Botswana is one of the countries I have felt the safest traveling through. I was more scared of the wild animals than the crime
Wow, lovely shot! Look how tiny the baby is compared to its mother, amazing!
Stunning photo. The elephants have to be one of the highlights of any Botswana safari trip.
