Josh took this photo 5 years ago when we traveled to Paris for the Tour de France. It is still one of my favorite photos we took on our trip through Europe. It seems only fitting to dig this photo back up with the news that is surrounding Lance Armstrong recently.
It’s got a dizzling (does this word exist? not sure of this one) effect on the viewer…
Yeah, they’re gone in an instant. Hard to believe they can ride so close together so fast.
I saw the Peloton in 2010, Lance’s last tour, and it was absolutely astounding to watch. Just happened to be in Paris for it too, awesome coincidental planning. They ride so dang fast!
Yes it was one of those, “oh hey, let’s go to Paris for the Tour de France!” 🙂 Really cool event.
