I was totally shocked by the amount of weight I had gained since the last time I had weighed myself! I guess stuffing your face 24 hours a day will eventually catch up.
Great idea posting these as options for people on the road. I’ve started to do exercises in the rooms where we are staying (on top of my routine runs). These exercises may or may not involve doing squats with my backpack on.
Dude. It is so hard to keep the weight off while traveling, am I right?
